Common Questions - FAQ Who Goes on the Tours? People who travel with us like to really explore the destination. It’s not likely that they will return so they want to see everything of importance, explore the local scenes and understand the culture. How Do We Design Our Itineraries? Our itineraries are designed by both local "destination" experts and by our domestic (USA) team of travel and tour managers. Certain tours and itineraries may be designed or endorsed by widely-recognized "celebrities" in the specific field of interest, to include historians, professors, life coaches, sport figures, and more. What is Included in a Tour? We do not like a situation where our customers have to disburse additional funds once they reach the destination, like many other companies do. We give you a price which includes all the attractions. This price includes all you’re likely to spend: entrance fees, ALL meals, accommodation, tour guides, both local and our own escort, transportation, special events and shows and more. All you have to worry about are personal purchases and tipping the tour guide and driver. What About Airfare or Plane Tickets? Because our customers come from many walks of life, we've learned most prefer not to include airfare in a "package" deal — many voyagers have frequent flier miles, a preferred carrier, or other discounts and reasons to choose their own flight arrangements. However, for all early registration, we offer a $200 rebate towards airfare. At your request, we will book your flights with no additional servicing costs. How Early Should Travelers Confirm Booking? Our tours can reach capacity very quickly. Typically, at the beginning of the season the seats for 3/4 of the tours will be sold 6 months before departure. It is best to reserve your seat as soon as you can, particularly given the fact that the holding deposit is only $300. What If I have My Own Group? If you have a group of ten or more passengers, TourBlazers can arrange a custom itinerary to fully personalize your trip. Call or contact us to inquire. |
